For other convenient timings, prices on request. All Fees shown are for upto 3 hrs exam. HST extra. Note: All weeknight/weekend/Rescheduled exams require prepayment with booking.
Private Room: $150 per 3 hours exam.
Reschedule Fees
$20 each time you reschedule which must be done before 48 hrs. If rescheduling is done within 48 hrs, then full pay is payable as per the original Exam Date +$20 Reschedule Fee + Exam Fee for new date. For exams booked on weekends/holidays, if rescheduled within 48 hrs you will pay the original weekend fee + $20 reschedule fee + fee for new exam date. For exams booked on weekends/holidays, if rescheduled before 48 hrs you will pay the original weekend fee + $20 reschedule fee only.
No Show
In case of no show where we are not informed, you will pay the full fee in addition to the reschedule fee of $20 + the fee for the new date.
Cancellation Fee
$20 is the cancellation Fee if the Exam Date was not rescheduled. If exam is cancelled after rescheduling, full exam fee is payable + $20 cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
- All exam booking fees are non-refundable even in the event of a medical condition or other extreme circumstances.
- Full refund only if exam cancelled within 24 hrs of booking or 50% refund if cancelled minimum 30 days before the choosen exam date.
- Candidates who cancel their registration within the 30-day period prior to the chosen test date will not be eligible to receive any refund.
- No refund for Weekend/Weeknight/Holiday exam bookings.
- Cancellations or no shows on the scheduled day of the exam will result in the forfeiture of the full exam fees. In case of exam cancellation $20 fee will apply.
Courier charges
$40.00 extra for Canada (UPS next day delivery)
$50.00 extra for USA (UPS next day delivery)
Students are advised to schedule the Exam with us first by calling (647)748-7770 or send Email to: admin@proctor4exam.ca and then book their Exam with their University. Students should also phone us 1-2 days before the test date to reconfirm whether we have received the Exam from your University.
Student Identification
Students are asked to come to the exam prepared to show their student identification card. When such identification is not available, another form of photo identification is usually sufficient as long as your host institution does not have more specific requirements.
