Exam Proctoring
We follow strict Invigilator Guidelines which will help you have a smooth exam process. To protect the integrity of examinations Personal Laptops & Cell phones are not allowed inside the examination room. Also no foodstuff or drinks are allowed except water.
- The Invigilator4Exam is able to host exams for students taking classes at other institutions who wish to write their exams in North York. This service is coordinated by our office in accordance with the strictest professional standards.
- Invigilation services are available for both online and paper exams. Single client exams are hosted in our secure exam center in our office and we are able to host small or large groups in classrooms or computer labs.
- Please contact the external exam coordinator at least two weeks prior to your scheduled exam date to make arrangements.
- Please keep in mind that the Center for Testing and Assessment is open seven days a week and can invigilate exams 24/7 including weekends and statutory holidays
- Review the rules and regulations of your home institution carefully. Note the exam deadline, required documents and any other details relevant to your test.
- Notify your home institution of the date and time of your exam, and they will send us your exam packages.
- Exam Fees are all shown on our site or are available on request and must be paid in full prior to proctoring the test.
- Proctoring charges will be assessed on a full-hour basis.
- A minimum of one hour will be charged regardless of actual time spent proctoring.
- Cash payments accepted in person and in advance only
